Emaar Beachfront Holiday Homes & Monthly Stays

Emaar Beachfront is a newer community of beachfront towers on its own stretch of coast between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, and it is where you stay for a private beach a short way from the city’s busiest waterfront.

What Emaar Beachfront is

Emaar Beachfront is a residential community built on reclaimed land within Dubai Harbour, set between Dubai Marina and the trunk of Palm Jumeirah. It is made up of residential towers that face the sea on one side and the Marina skyline on the other.

The defining feature is the beach. The community has its own stretch of sand for residents and their guests, which means a beach day here is quieter than on the public beaches nearby.

It is one of the newer parts of Dubai, and parts of it are still being completed. That brings new buildings and modern finishes, and in places, construction nearby. It is worth knowing before you book if quiet matters to you.

Who it suits

It suits anyone whose trip is built around the beach and who wants it to be calmer than the public stretches along the coast. Families in particular, because the beach is for residents and the community itself is quiet and contained.

It suits people who want the Marina’s restaurants and promenade within easy reach without staying in the middle of them. You get the evenings out when you want them and a quieter place to come back to.

It suits longer stays, because the homes are residential apartments with full kitchens and laundry, and a month by the sea in a new building is a very different thing from a month in a hotel room.

It suits sightseeing less well. Downtown and the older parts of the city are on the far side of Dubai, and a short trip spent mostly crossing the city loses much of the point of staying on the beach.

Getting around

Emaar Beachfront is reached by road from the main coastal side of the city, close to where Dubai Marina and Dubai Media City meet, and the gated entrance keeps through-traffic out of the community.

There is no metro station inside the community. The nearest metro and tram stops are in and around Dubai Marina, a short taxi or ride-hailing trip away, and taxis reach the towers without difficulty.

Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Palm Jumeirah are all close by. Downtown, the older districts and the airport are a drive along Sheikh Zayed Road.

What the homes are like

The homes are apartments in modern residential towers, most with a pool, a gym and access to the community’s beach. Many look out over the sea, over the Palm, or back across the water to the Marina skyline.

Because the buildings are new, the finishes tend to be contemporary and the layouts generous, with balconies used as part of the home rather than as an afterthought.

fäm Living has a small number of homes in Emaar Beachfront, so what is free changes quickly with the dates. Put your dates in to see what is available, and for winter weeks it is worth looking early.

When to come

Dubai’s comfortable months run from about November to March, and they are the months a beachfront community is made for: the sea is pleasant, the beach is usable all day and the balconies come into their own in the evening. They are also the most expensive months.

In summer the beach is best early in the morning, and most of the day moves indoors or into the pool. Rates fall accordingly, which on a long stay makes a real difference.

What staying with fäm Living is like

Every home is licensed with Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism and registered on the Holiday Homes system, the same as everywhere else we operate.

Check-in is in person, by our team here in Dubai, and the same cleaning standard applies between every stay.

Booking direct means the nightly rate and the cleaning fee and nothing on top, and the price quoted is for your actual dates, including the reduction on a longer stay.

Questions

Yes. The community has its own beach for residents and their guests, which makes it noticeably quieter than the public beaches along the coast nearby. Guests staying in our homes there use it as residents do.
Is Emaar Beachfront the same as Dubai Harbour?
Emaar Beachfront is the residential community within the wider Dubai Harbour area. You will often see the two names used together, and listings for the same towers sometimes use either one.

It is close: a short taxi or ride-hailing trip takes you into the Marina, where the metro, the tram, the promenade and the restaurants are. There is no metro station inside the community itself.
