What a monthly stay includes
The apartment is furnished and equipped when you walk in — furniture, kitchen, linen, towels, crockery. Wi-Fi, water, electricity and cooling are on and in our name, not yours. Housekeeping is scheduled rather than daily, at a frequency we agree up front.
There is no agency commission, no Ejari registration to file, and no post-dated cheques. You are booking a stay, not signing a tenancy.

- Can I rent a furnished apartment in Dubai for just one month?
- Yes. fäm Living lets furnished, serviced apartments in Dubai and Ajman for 30 nights or more as a stay, not a tenancy. There is no twelve-month lease, no agency commission and no Ejari to register.
- Are bills included in a monthly stay?
- Yes. Electricity, water, cooling and Wi-Fi are already on and in our name, so there is nothing to connect or disconnect. Housekeeping is scheduled, at a frequency agreed before you arrive.
- How much is a monthly stay?
- Put your dates into the search and the price shown is for the whole stay, which you can book online. Or send us your dates and we quote, which is worth doing for longer or flexible stays. Either way the monthly rate is well below the nightly one.
- Is there a deposit for a monthly stay?
- There is a refundable AED 1,000 security deposit at check-in, as on every stay. There are no post-dated cheques. Dubai Tourism fees apply to the first 30 nights of a stay.
- Can I stay for a month with children or a baby?
- Yes. Tell us who is coming, including children and infants, and we suggest apartments with the space and bedrooms to fit. City Walk and Jumeirah Village Circle suit families on longer stays.
- Can I extend a monthly stay?
- Usually, subject to availability and the season's rates. Rent for an extended month is due five days before check-out. Winter months go early, so if your dates are firm it is worth asking well ahead.
- Which area of Dubai is best for a month-long stay?
- It depends on what the month is for. Business Bay and Downtown Dubai suit work and a first month in the city, City Walk suits families, Jumeirah Village Circle gives more space for the money, and Dubai Marina or Ajman suit a winter by the sea.
