What a monthly stay includes
The apartment is furnished and equipped when you walk in — furniture, kitchen, linen, towels, crockery. Wi-Fi, water, electricity and cooling are on and in our name, not yours. Housekeeping is scheduled rather than daily, at a frequency we agree up front.
There is no agency commission, no Ejari registration to file, and no post-dated cheques. You are booking a stay, not signing a tenancy.
Monthly rates are quoted, not listed. They are set against what comparable furnished apartments are actually letting for in the same building and area that month, which moves with the season — so the honest way to give you a figure is to price your dates rather than publish one that will be wrong by the time you read it.
The terms, in short
Dubai Tourism fees apply for the first 30 nights of a stay. Extensions are subject to availability and the season’s rates, and rent for an extended month is due five days before check-out. The full terms of your stay are on our terms page.
