- Staying longer? Extensions depend on availability, are priced at the rate for the new dates, and are paid 10 days before your current stay ends.
- Security deposit. AED 5,000, collected separately before you move in, and fully refundable after a quick check of the apartment when you move out.
- If plans change. If you cancel after paying, or we do not receive your ID documents before move-in, the booking is cancelled and the payment cannot be refunded.
