We don’t list homes. We run them.
fäm Living is a licensed holiday home operator. Every apartment we take on is furnished, permitted, cleaned, maintained and hosted by our own team — not passed to a contractor and not left to a platform to mediate.
What we actually do
An operator is not an agency. An agency introduces a tenant and steps back. We hold the keys: we furnish the apartment, register it for a holiday home permit, photograph and list it, price it, take the booking, meet the guest, clean between stays, handle whatever goes wrong at two in the morning, and pay the owner.
That is why the site sells direct. A booking made here is a booking with the company that runs the apartment, so the rate carries no platform commission and the person answering the phone is the person responsible.
Where we operate
Dubai is the majority of the portfolio, concentrated in Business Bay and the districts around the canal and Downtown. We also operate on the Ajman coast, about an hour up from Dubai, and further afield in Marrakech.
Over 400 homes across the fäm group. fäm Living itself runs 79 serviced homes in Dubai and Ajman, operated by fäm Living.
How we work
Three things we don’t compromise on
Licensed, every home
Holiday homes in Dubai require a permit from the Department of Economy and Tourism, and in Ajman from its Department of Tourism Development. We hold them. An unlicensed apartment is the owner's liability, not just ours.
Our own team, on the ground
Housekeeping, maintenance and guest support are staffed in-house and based here. Guests are met in person at check-in rather than sent a lockbox code.
One rate, stated plainly
The price quoted on this site is the price charged. No platform service fee is added on top, because there is no platform between you and us.
