Upside Living Business Bay Holiday Homes

Upside Living is a residential tower in Business Bay, and fäm Living runs a large group of studios and apartments in it — many of them looking towards the Burj Khalifa.

The building

Upside Living is a modern residential tower in Business Bay. The homes we run here are mostly studios and one-bedroom apartments, which makes it a good fit for a solo trip, a couple, or someone working remotely for a few weeks.

As a residential building it gives you an apartment rather than a hotel room: a kitchen, laundry, and space to work, with the building’s residents’ facilities downstairs. Many of our homes here face towards Downtown and the Burj Khalifa.

Around the building

Business Bay sits directly south of Downtown Dubai, around the Dubai Water Canal. From here the canal promenade, Downtown and The Dubai Mall are all close, and the Business Bay metro station on the Red Line runs to the rest of the city and the airport.

Our Business Bay guide covers the district — who it suits, getting around and when to come — in full.

Staying here with fäm Living

Every home is licensed and registered for short stays, checked in in person by our team, and cleaned to the same standard between every stay.

Booking direct means the nightly rate and the cleaning fee and nothing on top, and the price quoted is for your actual dates — including the reduction on a stay of a month or longer.
