The building
Bayz is a residential tower in Business Bay by the developer Danube. The homes we run here are studios — compact, fully equipped apartments that suit a solo traveller or a couple, and a longer working stay in particular.
Being a residential building, each studio has its own kitchen and laundry rather than the kettle and minibar of a hotel room, with residents’ facilities in the building.
Around the building
Business Bay wraps around the Dubai Water Canal immediately south of Downtown Dubai. The canal promenade, Downtown and The Dubai Mall are all close, and the Business Bay metro station on the Red Line runs to the rest of the city.
