The building
Elite Business Bay Residence stands on Marasi Drive, the road that runs along the Business Bay side of the Dubai Water Canal. It is a residential building rather than a hotel, so the homes are proper apartments: full kitchens, laundry and living space, with residents’ facilities downstairs.
Because we run a large number of homes here, there is usually a choice of sizes, from one-bedroom apartments for a couple to larger homes for a family or a group travelling together.
Around the building
Marasi Drive puts you close to the canal promenade, which is the most pleasant walk in Business Bay, and within easy reach of Downtown, the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall in the next district.
