The development
Seaside Hills is a group of low- and mid-rise residential buildings in Al Zorah, the coastal community at the southern edge of Ajman. The homes we run here range from one-bedroom apartments to larger homes and a penthouse, many of them looking out to sea.
It is residential and quiet, built for space and the outdoors rather than nightlife — the reason most guests choose Ajman in the first place.

Al Zorah is built around a protected mangrove reserve, with a beach, a golf course and a marina. Kayaking and paddleboarding through the mangrove channels are among the things people come for.
