Description

The Sustainable Homes (TSH) is a collection of 51 short-stay, studio-apartments located within The Sustainable City, Dubai. The smart holiday homes allow visitors, residents and international tourists to experience sustainable living and enjoy Dubai with a significantly reduced carbon footprint.

Residents of TSH have access to two courtyards, a recreational rooftop with space for yoga and other fitness activities.  Also, within the wider community there are F&B outlets, a co-working space, children’s playgrounds, an animal sanctuary and sports facilities including an equestrian club – all of which are within walking distance or can be reached using the rental bike service.

TSH was designed with sustainability in mind. Guests will be able to monitor their water and energy use as well as their personal carbon footprint during their stay.
