Sky Hills Residences is HRE Development's twin-tower address in Dubai Science Park, 33 and 40 storeys of studios to three-bedroom duplexes. It was handed over from April 2026, six months ahead of schedule, and every unit came fully furnished with smart-home controls built in. For a holiday home that matters more than anything else: the longest and most expensive step for most owners is already done.
Dubai Science Park sits on Al Khail Road, Umm Suqeim Street and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, with Al Barsha, Motor City and Dubai Hills close by. That mix of business and residential neighbours brings two kinds of guest: visitors who want a modern apartment at a lower rate than the beach districts, and professionals on longer stays who need a full kitchen and a washing machine rather than a hotel room.
A new building also photographs well and needs little before it is listed. What it needs is someone to run it properly from the first booking: the permit, the listings, the pricing and every guest after that.

We register the unit with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism and handle the building's paperwork.

Styling and photography
Your apartment is already furnished. We add the finishing touches guests notice, then shoot it properly.

Live on every platform
Your apartment goes live on Airbnb, Booking.com and our own site, priced to the market every day.

Guests handled, you get paid
Check-in, cleaning, linen and maintenance are ours. You follow bookings and payouts in the owner portal.

- What does holiday home management cost at Sky Hills?
- Sky Hills owners who sign by 31 December 2026 pay a 10% management fee, locked in for as long as we manage the unit.
- My apartment came furnished. Is it ready to list?
- Very nearly. We walk through it with you, add the finishing touches guests notice, run an inventory check and shoot it. The furniture is the expensive part, and yours is already in.
- Can I still use the apartment myself?
- Yes. You block your own dates in the owner portal whenever you want to stay.
A 10% management fee for Sky Hills owners owners, in place of our standard rate, for as long as fäm Living manage the unit. For units in Sky Hills Residences with a management agreement signed by 31 December 2026. Holiday home use is subject to the building’s approval and a DET permit, both of which we arrange.
