Peninsula Four, The Plaza is Select Group's newest address at Peninsula, its waterfront community on the Dubai Canal in Business Bay. Two residential towers face a landscaped plaza and the water, with homes from studios to four-bedroom apartments, penthouses and low-rise waterfront duplex lofts. Many look towards the Burj Khalifa, the skyline or the canal.
Business Bay is the district next to Downtown, and it fills two kinds of calendar. Holiday visitors book by the night to be close to The Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa without hotel prices. Walk-through and agreement
We meet you at the apartment, check it over with you and send one management agreement. You keep the ownership.

Holiday home permit
We register the unit with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism and handle the building's paperwork.

Furnishing and photography
We furnish or finish it to a standard that photographs well and lasts, run an inventory check, then shoot it.

Live on every platform
Your apartment goes live on Airbnb, Booking.com and our own site, priced to the market every day.

Guests handled, you get paid
Check-in, cleaning, linen and maintenance are ours. You follow bookings and payouts in the owner portal.

- Yes. We list Peninsula Four apartments on Airbnb, Booking.com and our own site as licensed holiday homes, and run them by the night and by the month. The permit, pricing, guests, cleaning and payouts are handled by our team.

- fäm Living, the holiday homes company of fäm Properties, which already runs homes in Business Bay towers. We handle the permit, furnishing, photography, listings, pricing, guests, cleaning and maintenance. You keep the ownership and the income.
- What does holiday home management cost at Peninsula Four?
- Peninsula Four owners who sign by 31 December 2026 pay a 10% management fee, locked in for as long as we manage the unit.
- Is a short term rental better than a yearly tenant at Peninsula Four?
- It depends on the unit and your plans. A short term rental earns by the night or the month, follows Business Bay demand through the year and leaves the apartment free for your own visits. We give you an honest view for your unit in the free consultation.
- Do I need to furnish the apartment first?
- No. Furnishing to our standard is part of what we do, followed by a full inventory check before the first guest arrives.
- Can I still use the apartment myself?
- Yes. You block your own dates in the owner portal whenever you want to stay.
A 10% management fee for Peninsula Four owners owners, in place of our standard rate, for as long as fäm Living manage the unit. For units in Peninsula Four with a management agreement signed by 31 December 2026. Holiday home use is subject to the building’s approval and a DET permit, both of which we arrange.
