Why Century works as a holiday home
Century is AMBS Real Estate Development's new tower in Business Bay: 460 apartments over 23 floors, mostly studios and one-bedrooms, completed in February 2026. It sits among the district's newer towers, close to SLS, Regalia and Burj Binghatti, with a pool and a fitness centre for residents.
Business Bay is where fäm Living runs the most homes. It is minutes from Downtown, the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, on the canal and next to Sheikh Zayed Road, so it suits almost every guest: tourists who want Downtown without Downtown prices, business travellers, and families on longer stays.
Studios and one-bedrooms are the sizes guests book most often in this part of the city. A new unit also needs little before it is listed. What it needs is furnishing to a standard that photographs well, and someone to run it properly from the first booking.

Leave your WhatsApp number. The 10% management fee is reserved for your unit from that moment.

Walk-through and agreement
We meet you at the apartment, check it over with you and send one management agreement. You keep the ownership.

Holiday home permit
We register the unit with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism and handle the building's paperwork.
- 04
Furnishing and photography
We furnish or finish it to a standard that photographs well and lasts, run an inventory check, then shoot it.

Live on every platform
Your apartment goes live on Airbnb, Booking.com and our own site, priced to the market every day.
- 06
Guests handled, you get paid
Check-in, cleaning, linen and maintenance are ours. You follow bookings and payouts in the owner portal.

Century owners ask
- Can I rent out my Century apartment as a holiday home?
- Yes, once the unit holds a holiday home permit from Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism and the building's management has approved short stays. We check the building's position and arrange the permit as part of onboarding.
- Who manages holiday homes at Century, Business Bay?
- fäm Living, the holiday homes company of fäm Properties. We handle the permit, furnishing, photography, listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and our own site, pricing, guests, cleaning and maintenance. You keep the ownership and the income.
- What does holiday home management cost at Century?
- Century owners who sign by 31 December 2026 pay a 10% management fee, locked in for as long as we manage the unit.
- My unit is unfurnished. Can you furnish it?
- Yes. Furnishing is handled by fäm Interiors, our own interior design company. We tell you what the unit needs and what it costs before any work begins, then run an inventory check before the first guest arrives.
- Can I still use the apartment myself?
- Yes. You block your own dates in the owner portal whenever you want to stay.
A 10% management fee for Century owners owners, in place of our standard rate, for as long as fäm Living manage the unit. For units in Century with a management agreement signed by 31 December 2026. Holiday home use is subject to the building’s approval and a DET permit, both of which we arrange.
