Society House is Invest Group Overseas' 52-storey tower in Downtown Dubai: 404 studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments and duplexes, in sight of the Burj Khalifa. Units come fully or semi-furnished, and the building's own amenities — an 82-foot lap pool, padel courts, a golf simulator and a private cinema — are the kind guests filter for.

Leave your WhatsApp number. The 10% management fee is reserved for your unit from that moment.

Walk-through and agreement
We meet you at the apartment, check it over with you and send one management agreement. You keep the ownership.

Holiday home permit
We register the unit with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism and handle the building's paperwork.

Furnishing and photography
We furnish or finish it to a standard that photographs well and lasts, run an inventory check, then shoot it.

Live on every platform
Your apartment goes live on Airbnb, Booking.com and our own site, priced to the market every day.

Guests handled, you get paid
Check-in, cleaning, linen and maintenance are ours. You follow bookings and payouts in the owner portal.

- Yes, once the unit holds a holiday home permit from Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism and the building's management has approved short stays. We check the building's position and arrange the permit as part of onboarding.

- fäm Living, the holiday homes company of fäm Properties. We handle the permit, furnishing, photography, listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and our own site, pricing, guests, cleaning and maintenance. You keep the ownership and the income.
- What does holiday home management cost at Society House?
- Society House owners who sign by 31 December 2026 pay a 10% management fee, locked in for as long as we manage the unit.
- Do I need to furnish the apartment first?
- No. Furnishing to our standard is part of what we do, followed by a full inventory check before the first guest arrives.
- Can I still use the apartment myself?
- Yes. You block your own dates in the owner portal whenever you want to stay.
