The Sustainable Homes (TSH) is a collection of 51 short-stay, studio-apartments located within The Sustainable City, Dubai. The smart holiday homes allow visitors, residents and international visitors to experience sustainable living and enjoy Dubai with a significantly reduced carbon footprint.

This unique interconnecting studio apartments beautifully built for small family and friends who wish to stay close to each other with direct access to each others apartments through a connecting door.

Residents of The Sustainable Homes have access to two courtyards, a recreational rooftop with space for yoga and other fitness activities. Also, within the wider community there are F&B outlets, a co-working space, children’s playgrounds, an animal sanctuary and sports facilities including an equestrian club – all of which are within walking distance or can be reached using the rental bike service.
