Elegance Tower is a 26-storey DAMAC tower in Downtown Dubai, with interiors co-designed by the fashion house Zuhair Murad. The homes are one and two-bedroom apartments, and the views take in the Burj Khalifa and the Downtown skyline, Za'abeel Park and the Dubai Canal. Handover is due in 2026.

We meet you at the apartment, check it over with you and send one management agreement. You keep the ownership.

We register the unit with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism and handle the building's paperwork.

Furnishing and photography
We furnish or finish it to a standard that photographs well and lasts, run an inventory check, then shoot it.

Your apartment goes live on Airbnb, Booking.com and our own site, priced to the market every day.

Guests handled, you get paid
Check-in, cleaning, linen and maintenance are ours. You follow bookings and payouts in the owner portal.

- Can I rent out my Elegance Tower apartment as a holiday home?
- Yes, once the unit holds a holiday home permit from Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism and the building's management has approved short stays. We check the building's position and arrange the permit as part of onboarding.
- Does Elegance Tower allow short-term rentals?
- Short stays in any Dubai building need the building management's acceptance and a holiday home permit for the unit. Rules can differ by building and change over time, so we confirm Elegance Tower's position in writing for your unit before anything is listed, and arrange the permit as part of onboarding.
- Can I put my Elegance Tower apartment on Airbnb?
- Yes. We list apartments as licensed holiday homes on Airbnb, Booking.com and our own site, and run them by the night and by the month. The permit, pricing, guests, cleaning and payouts are handled by our team.
- Who manages holiday homes at Elegance Tower, Downtown Dubai?

- What does holiday home management cost at Elegance Tower?
- Elegance Tower owners who sign by 31 December 2026 pay a 10% management fee, locked in for as long as we manage the unit.
- I am still waiting for handover. Can I sign up now?
- Yes. Talking to us before handover means the furnishing plan, permit and photography can be lined up in advance, so the apartment is ready for its first guest soon after you get the keys. The 10% rate applies if you sign by 31 December 2026.
- Is a short term rental better than a yearly tenant at Elegance Tower?
- It depends on the unit and your plans. A short term rental earns by the night or the month, follows Downtown demand through the year and leaves the apartment free for your own visits. We give you an honest view for your unit in the free consultation.
- Can I still use the apartment myself?
- Yes. You block your own dates in the owner portal whenever you want to stay.
A 10% management fee for Elegance Tower owners owners, in place of our standard rate, for as long as fäm Living manage the unit. For units in Elegance Tower with a management agreement signed by 31 December 2026. Holiday home use is subject to the building’s approval and a DET permit, both of which we arrange.
